The World Was Caught By Surprise

Just think about this, in all of 0 the Earth it was only Noahs family right with God. He and his wife, three sons and their wives. Along with about 7 of each kind of animal were on the ark. I know we were taught they got on two by two and they did. It was 7 of each animal species squeezing on two by two.

Genesis 7:2-3

2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.

There were only 8 human beings at that time worthy of being on the ark. Noah was busy doing what God instructed him to do build the ark. I’m seeing no where he warned them. It seems he was busy about the Lord’s business. At that point man kind was reprobate God gave them over to their own ways. The flood that came was a complete surprise to them. They weren’t in relationship with God for him to warn them like he did Noah and his family. Would they have listened any way? Noah’s building the ark should have been enough to make them go hmmm? The size and how it was created should have fascinated them. But the world must have been busy doing their own thing. The Prophets of that era must have warned them tho it’s not stated in the Bible. With the history of Israel it would show they probable ignored the Prophets and the warnings.

In our day God is so merciful giving warnings. Yeshua even warned us when he walked the Earth.

Matthew 24:37

“For  the  coming of the Son of Man will be  just like the days of Noah. Matt. 24:38 “For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking,  marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that  Noah entered the ark, Matt. 24:39 and they did not  understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the  coming of the Son of Man be.  

We see all of the signs of Yeshuas returning today. How many are ignoring them? Calling the signs presented to you conspiracy? How many are working on getting their hearts right before the Lord? If you aren’t receiving the warnings you’ll just be doing you. Pride lives without need of God. Will you be caught of guard too? I hope not.
