Gossip Murder With The Tongue

Who’s doing the gossiping? Just about anyone that doesn’t catch themselves doing it.

I overheard a Pastor’s wife complaining about a girl that was in the church nursery. It was after bible study we all were talking in little groups. She was not too far away and her tone and the stuff coming out of her made the room so uncomfortable.

She had no idea what she was doing. When you do this it opens doors for evil to mount up larger than what you’ve already complained about. We give power to the devil not only in our lives for allowing angry words about another but by passing judgement on another.

Romans 2

2 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

How many of us are guilty of doing this? Complaining about is gossip.

There’s nothing productive coming from talking negatively about another.

We are to go to the person directly or take another person with us to resolved conflict. Not try yo form a lynch mob of people to agree with you.

When you gossip you are confessing another persons sins for them. Wouldn’t that be better for them to do? They answer for themselves not you.

Gossiping-300x208

Most gossips are jealous using negative information to defame your character. Think about it the things they tell others about you, would they ever share about themselves?

Why Reading the Holy Bible is So Important!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:1

John-1-14a

John 14:6-12

6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

After reading this you see that unless you read the word of God you will not have access to God in your prayers or to heaven. The word says the only way to the Father is through the son the word John 1:1 states that the son is the word of God. This is saying the only way is through Jesus/Yeshua by abiding in his word and being covered by his blood. Open your bible the red letters are the blood of Jesus/Yeshua flowing through the pages. To be covered by the blood you must be in the word of God, his blood will flow through the pages to cover you.

John 15:7

7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you[a] will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

2-timothy-3-16-kjv

Without correction from the word of God sin will get strong on our lives. It will become a stronghold and turn into iniquity. This is why Jesus/Yeshua says.

Matthew 7:21-23

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

What Is New Age/Occult? Why Is It So Dangerous?

Let me first start with this.

Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

These practices bring people into a non-biblical awareness of the esoteric. By adding to the bible they created a new doctrine and a false one. This has caused many churches to be Laeodacia churches, with the Lord who was once welcome there to be knoncking on their door to come back in. Churches are being fooled by the strange fire because it too has power. The occultic practices have replaced the biblical ones. The scripture Revelation 22:18 is very clear to not only steer clear but what will happen to you or your church if you do these things.

This alone should scare people from adding anything to the church or ministry of Christ. But many have been seduced led astray with false doctrines. I’ve heard preachers say, when I use these types of practices ministry is much faster. Beware! You are being deceived, speed was never an option with the ministry of Christ. It’s only God speed when the Lord chooses it to be.

God is mysterious and he will do what he chooses to do. This is why we are to seek his face. Yeshua(Jesus) said I do nothing but the will of my Father. That being said do you really think the Lord would want new age in his church? In order to seek his will and not miss the mark we must line everything up with his word of God.

Ephesians 1:9-12

9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

The world is looking for answers most are looking in the wrong places. We must line our doctrines up with the Holy Bible. It is not only the oldest recorded word in history, it is the inspired word of God. The bible teaches us how to minister=help people. It teaches us how to pray and what we should be doing to see people set free or healed. Somehow the snake slithered his way into the church body and up to pulpits of many churches.

New Age is known as self help, making yourself into the great I am. I can do this without God, his word or prayer. I have a better way. It always stems from false religions or false doctrines. All of it has satan hidden behind it. The word occult means something hidden. Why would the devil want to hide behind these practices? He’s doing it to get you to indirectly worship him. The kingdom of darkness always mimics Gods. An example of this is when Moses threw down his staff it turned into a snake(well technically a crocodile, but we wont get into that now you may want to look into that). The pharisees threw down their staffs and they turned into snakes too. God’s snake ate all of their snakes, showing the higher power comes from God and that the kingdom of darkness has power too. Being that the enemy’s only power is what we give him. It makes sense he would be the author of confusion, creating false religions to hide himself behind to get worship. “Thou shalt have no other gods before Me” (Hebrew: לא יהיה־לך אלהים אחרים על־פני‬) is one of the Ten Commandments found in the Bible at Exodus 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me. 3 Thou shalt not make unto thee a graven image, nor any manner of likeness, of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 4 thou shalt not bow down unto them, nor serve them; for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me; 5 and showing mercy unto the thousandth generation of them that love Me and keep My commandments. {S} 6 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.

Deuteronomy 5:6 I am the LORD thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.

Having no god before him means worshiping him alone. When you practice these occultic practices it causes you to be worshiping false gods. How you say? Well, I’ll use yoga as an example. In yoga each movement is a prayer to hindu god. The word yoga actually means hindu practice. Now as a Christian we can not be a hindu, so anyone doing this is opening their life open to confusion along with demonic entities.
Here’s a list of other occultic and new age practices:

Occult-Practices

Be In Health -Occultism

Click link above to watch

Why are these practices so dangerous?

All of the above list may come across as innocent things, some present themselves as God sent things. and all are no doubt on my mind from the devil. Hebrews 2:14-15 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

Occult activity rejects God’s will for mankind. Occult practice is hazardous because it is a violation of the will of God. It is forbidden by God and even pronounced to be an “abomination” to Him Deuteronomy 18:9-12 9 When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

The only power has is what we give him. If a person opens themselves up to any of these they will have a measure of grace from God to get it right. But if they continue in them they will in no doubt have demonic involvement of some sort. It will cause health issues or anxiety. Romans 6:23 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

These 5 verses are giving all of us major warnings from the Lord on what specific areas of the occult that we are to avoid like the plague. To be forewarned is to be properly armed.

  • “There shall not be found among you anyone who makes His son or daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who conjures up spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord, and because of these abominations the Lord your God drives them out from before you. You shall be blameless before the Lord your God.” (Deuteronomy 18:10-13)
  • “And take heed, lest you lift your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship them and serve them …” (Deuteronomy 4:19)
  • “Give no regard to mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.” (Leviticus 19:31)
  • “And the person who turns after mediums and familiar spirits, to prostitute himself with them, I will set My face against that person and cut him off from his people.” (Leviticus 20:6)
  • “So Saul died for His unfaithfulness which he had committed against the Lord because He did not keep the word of the Lord, and also because He consulted a medium for guidance.” (1 Chronicles 10:13)

“Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.” —Hebrews 13:9

I personally renounced all practices I found the devil had duped me into dabbling in. I also went trough deliverance and healing too. I would say to anyone that has gotten involved please seek the Lord for guidance in removing any ungodly influences over your life.

Here are some steps you can take:

  • Confess the specific activity before God as a sin and ask for His forgiveness.
  • Renounce the specific activity before God and tell Him that you will never, ever participate in that activity again.
  • Burn or throw away all books, objects, or items associated with this activity.
  • Directly engage with the demons by speaking out loud to the them, telling them they no longer have any legal right to stay attached to you since the occult activity has now been fully confessed and fully renounced before God the Father.
  • Then command them to now leave you in the name of Jesus Christ and for them to never, ever come back on you again.

You should seek a full gospel church that may help you in deliverance from any thing that may have attached itself to you as a result of an open door with these activities.

Be blessed because we are victorious in Christ! Don’t allow the enemy to beat yourself up for being duped. It has happened to the best of us. It’s time for us to stop and be that pure bride he’s coming for.

Fist In My Face

Red flags were raising up every step of the way. I read the writing on the wall. I looked the other way. It started in confusion and ended in mass confusion.  Warnings weren’t loud enough because I turned a deaf ear. I wanted to hear what I wanted to hear.

Just one drop of your love had me trippin’, stumblin’, flippin’, fumblin’ . One drop wasn’t enough,  I tripped, stumbled, fell and broke my heart.

It wasn’t his fault he struggled with anxiety. I had the peace of God , he didn’t so he was stealing it from me. Stress mounted up so high. The coping mechanism was to act out violently. Doing the same things over in insanity. Frustrated because nothing was working. His way was off the narrow path, back unto the broad one everyone else was walking on. He said I don’t want to do what you have to do to have peace. I can’t change this is who I am. Reading the Bible daily was what I do, that’s really not so hard unless burred sin wants to hide in you and you want it to.

I waited 16 years for this second marriage, He was the best husband, and the worst at the same time.  He once held my hand with the fist I woke up with in my face. The only way to stop it was to go our separate ways.

Please ladies don’t make the same mistake.  The hardest thing is still loving him and knowing I’d be dead if my head was on the pillow in his bed.

My prayers are that he will surrender his heart to the Lord fully. Redemption may take place. In the meantime, I’m pressing forward towards the mark, I’ll be winning this race.

Tag You’re It

October 30th I came home from shopping and an 800 number was popping up on my phone. I picked it up and a recording started to play saying you spent $100 in Whole Foods Market, $65 Trader Joe’s and because it was a computer voice the only thing I heard next was $400 in Canada. Of course I pulled back the phone and looked at it like you’re crazy! I called the number back to speak with a customer service representative and they asked me if I was in a restaurant in Canada that afternoon. I said “Absolutely not how could I have possibly been when my last two transactions were done locally?”

It was brought to my attention by the customer service representative that a charge of $400 was made at a restaurant that day in Canada. They also informed me they did not process it because it looked suspicious. I asked them how was that possible when I had my ATM card in my hand? They said there’s a new scanner device that could be used up against my purse. But the person that scanned the card would never be able to use it again. I was like ok fine so we go on like it never happened have a good day! The Representative said ” We have to cancel your card and issue you a new one”  I said “No need the person can’t use my card but I can because it’s still in my possession. Their answer was we had to close it as soon as this happened. The pit of my stomach went into knots. I asked “Would this card you are sending have the new chip that is on all the cards from banks in the world?” They said “Yes it would have the chip” I said “No thank you I’m not following that system” The bank representative tried to persuade me but I refused.

Now why would I not to follow the rest of the world in this new bank system? I believe it is a part of New World Order.  And my biggest concern is it’s the mark of the beast explain in the bible.  Revelation 13:1717 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

You won’t be able to buy or sell without it either in your head or on your forehead or from what I believe in this new card system too.  Please do your homework. here’s some videos explaining concerns like mine about these cards. 80’s Were A Trip On A Unicorn Down A Rainbow, Holding A Carebear…………….

Ever wonder where the vain imaginations came from? Must have been drugs, or occult influence smh. An error where kids were born from cabbages that turned out bad ending up in a garbage pail. Pacman had a family and that seemed virtually impossible ;/

It was a time of colors exploding into bright neon. A hairy man named Chewbacca, never spoke but everybody knew what he was saying. Lots of creativity and things that looking back your like huh what were they thinking?

Many artist used drugs to produce in just about every industry. We know this from what was created. Even down to what we watched on TV, Mork from Ork was very much out there, like in another galaxy.

Knowing what the Bible says about vain imaginations I can honestly say the Holy Spirit wasn’t a part of these outlandish things. But yet the ab-norm was the norm.

2 Corinthians 10:1-6

10 Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:

2 But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Esau I Hated

Ever wonder why God hated him? Well, I think it was because he had everything in the kingdom of God, including eternal life and gave it up for satan. Esau to me represents a satanist or someone walking in their flesh, a reprobate following in their own way and God let’s them go. Sin pulls us away from God. So if you are living a sinful life you are no doubt away from God.

God and satan are two polar opposites. You must hate the one to love the other.

You’ll be hated by most because they worship the devil, some of them by default. The Bible says the believers will be persecuted. It’s from the ones leaning on their own understanding.

When you walk with God you walk in the spirit, live by faith. When you live in the flesh you live your life on your own without the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The more you seek God the more he’s in your life. I think Esau was fornicating which God explicitly warns us is a mortal sin in which is very difficult to come back from. And he lived in a pattern of sin that lead him to the point of no return. God hates sin because it makes us slaves to the devil. But he hates it most of all because it may separate us from God eternally. There’s no grace for willful sin. Read Hebrews 10:26 to learn about grace. The blood will cover a multitude of sins but not anything you are doing willfully. So are you an Esau? Do you live in sin and live for you?

Does God hate you for giving up whats rightfully yours, eternity?

I Grew Up Catholic Thinking I Was A Christian…………

The church doesn’t save you the Lord does. I’m grateful for my Catholic heritage giving me the form of God but, they never connected me to him. It took a near death experience to bring me to realize I wasn’t Christian after all. Unless, your church encourages you to read your bible or walk in holiness it’s not a church under God. I say that because the bible says it.

I’m working on my book so I don’t have time to elaborate, I found this blog with an example of a Biblical Church please read-

Donald Miller ruffled quite a few feathers when he recently wrote on his blog that he doesn’t regularly attend church.

While I disagree with much of what he said, I won’t parse through every point. Others have already done that. But Miller said one thing that bothered me very much. Actually he said two things, but they were part of the same point. His point was that the Bible does not give us specific instructions as to what church should look like, which therefore means that no one can really claim to attend a “biblical” church.

The reason this statement bothered me so much is that it is so blatantly false. To claim that the Bible doesn’t tell us what church should look like is to ignore many, many very clear scriptures. To claim that the Bible doesn’t tell us what church should look like also allows a person to substitute his own preferences for the clear teaching of scripture, which Don Miller seems to do at numerous points in his blog post.

So what does the Bible have to say about church?

1. A biblical church involves at least two people gathering together in the name of Jesus. “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them” (Matthew 18:20). Working with a client on a team building exercise, while valuable, is not church. Church consists of believers coming together, in the same physical space, in the name of Jesus Christ. To gather together in the name of Jesus means gathering together to publicly worship Jesus, serve Jesus, and help others love Jesus. If you’re not gathering together with other believers in the name of Jesus, don’t call yourself a church.

2. A biblical church celebrates the Lord’s supper together. 1 Corinthians 11:23–26 says, “For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, ‘This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.’ In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.’ For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.”

Jesus commanded his followers to regularly come together to remember and celebrate his death. This is a command, not an optional add-on for the Christian life. This isn’t about preference or opinion or “connecting with God” (a phrase Miller likes to use). The Lord’s supper is a communal event in which the church publicly proclaims the death of Christ. While not expressly forbidden, there isn’t a single place in scripture where a person celebrates the Lord’s supper by themselves. A biblical church celebrates the Lord’s supper. If you’re not celebrating the Lord’s supper with other believers, don’t call yourself a church.

3. A biblical church is led by qualified elders. In Titus 1:5–9, Paul said to Titus: “This is why I left you in Crete, so that you might put what remained into order, and appoint elders in every town as I directed you—if anyone is above reproach, the husband of one wife, and his children are believers and not open to the charge of debauchery or insubordination. For an overseer, as God’s steward, must be above reproach. He must not be arrogant or quick-tempered or a drunkard or violent or greedy for gain, but hospitable, a lover of good, self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it.”

Paul insisted that the churches he founded be led by qualified elders. This was so important to Paul that he left Titus behind in Crete for the express purpose of finding and appointing qualified elders for each church. In our post-modern, democratic society, the idea of eldership isn’t especially popular, but it is especially biblical. If you’re not being led by qualified elders, don’t call yourself a church.

4. A biblical church worships in song together. Ephesians 5:18–21 says, “And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart, giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.”

Notice that this passage has both a vertical and a horizontal dimension to it. We are to be filled with the Spirit, making melody in our hearts to the Lord. We are also to address one another with our psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Singing isn’t just about you connecting to God or experiencing a particular emotional response. When the church gathers to sing we are also proclaiming truth to one another. Honestly, God isn’t primarily concerned with whether or not we like singing or emote when we worship. He is concerned that we proclaim his goodness and glory to Him and to one another through song. If you’re not singing to the Lord and to one another, don’t call yourself a church.

5. A biblical church maintains corporate holiness through church discipline. Matthew 18:17 says, “If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.” The church really is a place of spiritual protection. Jesus expects his followers to help one another pursue holiness. If a Christian begins to engage in serious sin, Jesus expects the members of his Christian community to lovingly rebuke him. If the person refuses to repent of his sin, the entire church is expected to get involved.

This process presupposes that a Christian will be vitally connected to other Christians. The reality is, the process of discipline can’t happen apart from a local church. If you’re not maintaining holiness through church discipline, don’t call yourself a church.

6. A biblical church is a place where Christians can use their spiritual gifts to bless one another. 1 Corinthians 14:26 says, “What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up.”

In writing this verse, Paul was clearly assuming that the Corinthians would be gathering together on a regular basis in the name of Jesus for the purpose of worshiping together. When they gathered together, they were to use their spiritual gifts to build one another up. It is impossible to build other Christians up if you’re not regularly gathering together with other Christians in the context of corporate worship. If you’re not using your spiritual gifts to build other Christians up, don’t call yourself a church.

Contrary to what Donald Miller says, attending church is not about tribalism, or learning styles, or opinion, or preference. Attending church is a matter of obedience.

And there really is such a thing as a biblical church.
