Only God Can Judge And He Does

Proverbs 16:6-8
By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil.
When a man’s ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.

Are You Joyful Or Mocking God?

I’ve witnessed this uncontrollable laughing where they link hands and swing each other back and fourth. They almost looked like they were creating a snake formation. Some fall down to the floor still linking hands slithering on the floor like snakes. This type of stuff is seen mostly in charismatic churches or meetings. But saddest thing is its going on and no one is noticing its not of God.

The joy of the lord is our strength. So no doubt the enemy would mimic the joy of the lord with having people full of demons writhing on the floor mocking the lord in snake formation.

One ministry I visited they were saying that laying on hands they were imparting joy. Ive not seen in my bible that we are to do this? Granted healing produces joy a specific prayer to cause you to become joyful was never mentioned. This in my opinion is a fine example of false doctrines.

The enemy comes in so subtlety. This scripture is showing how the enemy after seeing the power of God in action copied it. Moses staff became a snake But in the end it shows Gods power to eat up all of their snakes.

And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.

Exodus 7:10 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the Lord had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.

11 Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.

12 For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods.

As body of Christ we need to be more discerning and testing the spirit to be sure its of God. The devil hides himself in things to get worship. Be careful that you’re not in the wrong spirits.

Wicker Furniture-Don’t Feel Bad When They Try To Compare Themselves To You.

I was asking the church handyman if he could help me move a heavy piece of furniture. My friend overheard and said “You dont need his help you can do it yourself,””Im much older than you and i move all of my own furniture.”

So I went home and moved that very heavy peice of furniture myself. I ended up getting a Charley horse, I was in pain for weeks. I thought to myself was not in faith believing I could do this? Was I really that weak my friend was much older moving her furniture?

Then one day my friend invited me over for lunch. In her home every peice of furniture was wicker. Those peices were so light i could have moved several at the same time.

The moral of the story is we have to use discernment not feel condemned when we cant do what others are doing. They may be in error in their judgment with their comparison to your

2 Corinthians 10:12

For we dare not number ourselves, or compare ourselves, with some who commend themselves. For in measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, they are not wise.

I had a circumstance with another friend after this. We were carrying a very heavy mirror and it was close to dropping. I asked a man passing by if he wouldn’t mind helping us. He was a big guy picked it up with ease brought it right into the store. My friend said “wow you dont have any problem asking for help do you?” I told her my wicker furniture story. It’s not sin for us to ask for help when we need it. It’s pride keeping us from getting help when we need it. My friend was embarrassed I asked for help but she admitted we were close to dropping the mirror, it was a good thing we had that help. The enemy tries to cause us to be in pride do it yourself.

Proverbs 14:4 Where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox.

It may be clean without mess doing things on your own, but with others there’s strength. You can get more done and things you couldn’t have gotten done on your own.
